Terms and condition

Purpose

• Renting 1 exclusive booth for Nowruz Bazaar 2025 on March 15, 2025, at EVO Hotel.
• One chair / one person

1.      Event Timeline

• Setup: Starts based on the availability of the hotel on March 15, 2025. Event Start: 8:00 AM.
• Cleanup: Must finish within 30 min after the event ends. All materials and products must be exited the salon.

2.      Payment

• Pay via e-transfer to business.link@gmail.com (code: "bazar")
• or cheque to the name of 12601273 Canada INC
• Payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any case. There is no exception will apply. If the expositors dose not attend the show, the payment will not be refunded.

3.      Organizer Provides

Booth space with a table and chairs.

4.      Exhibitor Responsibilities

• The exhibitor must use the allocated booth space efficiently and without causing disturbances to others.
• Compliance with the rules and regulations set by the Organizer and EVO Hotel is mandatory.
• The exhibitor is responsible for any damages to booth equipment or other facilities during the event.
• After the event, the exhibitor must pack up their belongings and vacate the booth, leaving it clean, no later than 30 min after the event ends.
• There are curtains all around the salon, and No sign, no paper, nothing should be assigned in the curtains
• Clean the booth after the event and keep a photo of the cleaned space.

5.      Cancellation

• No refunds or cancellation after payment for any reason and at any case.
• Organizer can cancel the booth if rules are broken.

6.      Liability

• Exhibitor is responsible for their belongings and children
• Organizer is not responsible for external damages (e.g., natural disasters).
• If Hotel EVO cancel the event for any reason, there is no responsibility for the organizer
